Hebei QianDing Pipe Fittings(Manufacturing) Co.,Ltd was founded in 2006, specializing in the production and exporting of all kinds of pipe fittings, forge fittings and forged flanges, It is located in Yanshan Country which is the largest piping equipment industrial base in China, now there are 120 employees and it covers an area of 100,000 square meters .It is just 200km away from Capital Beijin and 150km away from Tianjin Port and Airport, we thereby have convenient access to major transportation networks.
We have the international advanced production facility, well-equipped testing equipment and strong technical force. 3000 ton Hydraulic Press and Intermediate Frequency Elbow Pushed Machine, 22 sets of producing equipments which contain other cold forming, hot extrusion, forging, welding, Thermal Treatment, surface treatment etc. To ensure quality, we have 8 QC members to carry out strict inspection at each stage: incoming inspection (IQC), in-process inspection (IPQC) and final inspection (FQC).We have also introduced Our 10 sets of testing equipment including X-ray Radiographic Inspection, Magnetic particle inspection, Ultrasonic Flaw Detection, Spectrum direct-reading machine, Metallurgical Analysis, Tensile Testing Machine, Hardness Inspection, which allow us to make products that meet international standards.
